StrataCare is a client focused company that believes in complete client satisfaction. We provide a designated Account Manager to streamline communication and provide support tailored to each client’s objectives and workflows. Account Managers have direct access to our Technical Services support unit, Product Management and Software Development teams. The coordination of these resources ensures you get the right answers the first time.

Your Account Manager utilizes StrataCare’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system- to create and track all enhancement requests, issue notifications, or other types of inquiries. The CRM system has inherent capability such as queues for case triage, assignment, escalation and alert functions to insure information is seen and acted upon in a timely manner. All resources are orchestrated using a leading CRM solution customized to proactively resolve issues or concerns and monitor each stakeholder’s progress.

Your Account Manager will be assigned from the onset– taking a lead role in the implementation to ensure their understanding and knowledge of each client’s unique needs and operational processes. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall success of each assigned customer with the authority to take corrective actions and engage the resources necessary to meet our customers’ needs.

Account-management-3-people.550xOur ongoing Stewardship program is the foundation of our partnership with our customers. StrataCare’s ability to meet each customer’s needs and goals is achieved with a documented plan and regular communication to benchmark and validate success. Your Account Manager will work closely with you to discuss your corporate objectives and develop mutually agreed key performance metrics. Using these as a benchmark, we will develop a customized Stewardship process which will include metric updates, savings analytics, and continued evaluation of processing efficiencies. We recognize that each client has their own unique objectives and areas of focus in their cost containment programs.

Each Account Manager has a strong background in workers’ compensation- bill review including, but not limited to, bill processing, state reporting, and software. In addition to their previous experiences, our Account Managers have an average of three years working with StrataWare software giving them a solid foundation to effectively handle issues or questions on the first inquiry based upon their knowledge of that customer’s workflows and processes.
