Cancellations
NATIONAL SHOW - You must cancel in writing on or before October 17, 2008 to receive a refund of your paid amount minus LPP's administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after October 17, 2008, will not be refunded. Please call (800) 727-1227 for all cancellations.
HOTEL - If StrataCare receives written notice of cancellation by October 10, 2008, a full refund will be made. No hotel room refunds will be issued after October 11, 2008. Do not contact the Hilton directly for cancellations, but please call (800) 585-5414 or email your request for cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time.
