Account Management Team

Our extensive experience in workers' compensation bill review ensures StrataCare's clients receive the highest level of service excellence. We understand that software and service solutions are multi-dimensional processes requiring the talent, expertise and determination to handle every detail specific to your unique bill review needs. That is why we provide knowledgeable Client Account Managers and Client Account Representatives, each with an average of 7 years of workers compensation experience.

Customer Service

StrataCare is dedicated to providing all business partners with the highest level of client care service and support available in the workers' compensation cost containment industry. We believe in a philosophy of 100 percent client satisfaction. We demonstrate this through proactive account management, problem solving and quick resolution of client issues or concerns. We have dedicated Client Account Managers that are supported by Client Account Representative in a team approach to optimize consistent delivery of service.

Account management for both software licensees and service center clients is provided. Services include comprehensive technical support for software users and immediate phone response to client concerns or questions about accuracy, turnaround, or specific handling of their bill review product.

We've adopted a leading edge CRM system to support our clients. StrataCare's case tracking system helps the Client Account staff, along with Technical Services, Product Development and Project Management proactively resolve issues or concerns and monitor each member's progress.
