Product Support

StrataCare's product support services include system installation and maintenance, product upgrades, feature enhancement analysis, and technical support. Once StrataWare is installed, we stand behind it 100%. We support our clients with on-going Account Management through dedicated Client Account Managers and skilled Technical Services Representatives.

Communication with StrataCare's clients helps our bill review software development evolve, with our Account Management groups handling those enhancement requests. Our technical services team works closely with clients and internal resources to define specific technical requirements ensuring their precise execution by Software Development. Client Installation

Our Client Implementation Checklist is the starting point for developing the comprehensive Implementation Project Plan & Schedule and Scope of Work (SOW). StrataCare's Client Account Management and Technical Services team work in conjunction with our client's personnel to produce a detailed timeline and implementation plan specifically for their project. Emphasizing teamwork and open communication between both organizations facilitates this process.

We typically develop an implementation timeline after we have completed the functional requirements analysis including Business, Technical and Implementation project review. The resulting "critical path" and detailed timeline including functions, tasks, start and completion dates, resources, responsibilities and accountabilities are all defined and assigned in the project plan.

The development of a comprehensive project plan is handled by StrataCare, with a minimal amount of the client's time for meetings to gather information and answer questions. Scheduling of such meetings will be done with as much flexibility as possible to minimize the impact on the client's team. This will allow the client to continue focusing on its priorities during both the planning and transition phases.

Project Management

StrataCare provides comprehensive project management services on a custom project basis including requirements analysis, business consulting, workflow development, TCO analysis, task and schedule planning, risk management, project reporting, and system configuration. StrataCare combines a number of state-of-the-art project management methodologies, tools and techniques into an agile and flexible approach to ensure custom engagements are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
