Those are Technology (our software), Workflow (the process we use to route and re-price our bills) and Knowledgebase (the knowledgeable highly skilled people we have on our staff).
StrataCare provides clients and users of StrataWare software training to advance their adoption and integration of our solutions thus increasing productivity, savings and profitability.
Continuous development of our staff is key to the quality and accuracy of our CareSolutions service center. In-house training of bill review personnel focuses on process improvement, new product enhancements, and meeting state compliance requirements. Our experience and knowledge of workers compensation, especially in our native state of California, has presented an opportunity to form a formal training program for bill review certification designation.
